At Conora Beauty, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with a product purchased on our website, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
A return authorization is required for all returns or exchanges. Any package sent without authorization will not be accepted. Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Gift cards, samples, and travel-size products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, Conora Beauty will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Prepaid labels are provided at our sole discretion.

Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number.
Prepare your package: Place the items in a secure box and clearly write your authorization number inside. If a prepaid label was provided, print and attach it to the package.
Ship your package: Drop it off at any USPS, FedEx, or UPS location. If you do not have a prepaid label, please return the package at your own expense to the address we provide with your authorization.
Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear in your account.
Conora Beauty is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
